Hackathons

In 2016 I funded my entrepreneurial efforts with my hackathon winnings! I also helped organize a bunch of hackathons for ATT and AngelHack. Below you will find a list of some notable hackathons I participated in.

Techcrunch Disrupt

Techcrunch Disrupt

Real-time bidding on parking spaces occupied by autonomous vehicles. I came up with the concept and developed the prototype over the 3 day hackathon. I was living in Queens NY at the time and it would take up to 2 hours to find a parking spot. This idea was an attempt to capitalize on this issue.

Mod the Future

Mod the Future

The Sidepad Mod is a streamlined, full-featured game controller. We love playing games on our Motorola phones, but we desire a more accurate control pad. This can only be achieved through a direct connect to the phone. We developed the prototype during The Moto Mod The Future Hackathon in New York City.

TV Bot

TV Bot

TVbot is an A.I. bot that allows you to control the DirectTV set-top box with your voice.

Brewbot

Brewbot

Brewbot was built to help you explore, discover, and order new types of beer that fit your preferences and your palate. Based on your preference choices, Brewbot will recommend a list of beers that match your choices in both flavor and type.

Mailbot

Mailbot

MAILBOT reads all the emails in your inbox and summarizes the most important ones into short summaries that are sent via a Spark Bot. You can then speak to your MAILBOT as you would a personal assistant with a short description of what you require and MAILBOT will create professionally formatted emails so that you don't have to spend time answering endless emails!
